Dear Mr. President, I am really upset about this proposed stimulus bill, I am really trying to understand how this is going to help anyone. If you truly want to fix the economic problem you need to start at the root. I don't understand why we the people cannot borrow our own money, if you gave each taxpayer a portion of what you want to spend that would give each person about 200,000 dollars. That would instantly stimulate the economy, people could pay down their mortgages, credit cards,car payments, people could buy homes and new goods and services . As a result new jobs would be created and the banking system and the stock market would recover on its own. People would be in better financial situations and be able to pay a little more in taxes to pay down the deficit. Throwing money to these corporations is not going to do a thing but hurt the working class. Thank you, Jennifer Kampff Brandon, FL

Mr President, I have an idea that might allow you to be the great american for change you have already begun to show us you will be. In the housing market crisis... why can't we bring a new loan to the table? The 40 year loan. Not a traditional 30 year... People are living longer... a 40 year loan can assist us in our current crisis. Please look into this idea and do with it what you are able. Congratulations on your presidency. ...and be careful. No unnecessary trips. Our country knows they are out there with bad intentions on your behalf, you don't need to prove to us you aren't afraid... a wise man needs not prove he is wise... part2 i my self is a victime of the crooked bank and mortgage fraud my payments 2months in advance so how can i be in forclosure last year they emptyied my escrow acount $4000 laws r rubbish in england this is fraud your laws are out date new laws and punish these people if you dont get rid of the rott the bank is world savings wachovia fsb wells fargo these crooks will riun your future plans if you dont stop bailing them out just check themout how many coplaints and law suites against them and how many croocked forclosures iam britt and should be treated the same as american but iam not ipay more property taxes no homestead allowance in england americans would pay the same as me is this another big ripp off thats why britts are leaving and a mass exodus you need to get controle of your legal system the laws are out of date thank you for allowing me to tell the truth i no you are going to prove the pundits wrong in years to come dont say i dint say so
